Please note that we operate a strict Deposit Policy.

Please be aware before booking your treatment that deposits are non-refundable.

We understand that sometimes there is a need to change your booking so as a gesture of goodwill we will re-schedule a booking one time. Please be aware that this will require 48 hours notice to not lose your deposit.

To amend your booking, please allow a minimum of 48 hours notice.

If you do not amend your booking with 48 hours, or you do not arrive for your appointment on time, or not at all,

Once you have made a booking for Doll-tox, this can not be changed to a different treatment as this is prescribed specifically to you.

Please ensure that all cancellations made through the app or online, are messaged through to 07494786563 to ensure the notice period is not missed.

Please understand that we did try to operate for sometime without deposits and this policy in place but unfortunately it was abused and can hugely impact a business. Therefore, we had no option but to enforce this policy.
